The AI Engagement Dashboard provides engineering directors and team leads with a high-level view of how AI is being integrated into development lifecycles. It centralizes around a primary AI Adoption Index (ranging from 0 to 100), quantifying the organization's proficiency in leveraging AI, complemented by granular metrics across several key dimensions.

Targeted Profiles

This analytical tool is specifically crafted for Directors of Engineering, Technical Managers, and VPs who aim to:

  • Monitor the trajectory of AI adoption across decentralized teams.
  • Utilise a consistent benchmark for cross-team performance evaluation.
  • Pinpoint segments of the organization with varying levels of AI maturity.
  • Communicate progress to executive stakeholders via a single, quantifiable metric (e.g., "Our Index rose from 63 to 80 this quarter").

Accessing the Analytics

  1. Sign in to the Sypha Management Portal.
  2. Choose the relevant enterprise organization.
  3. Access the Performance (formerly Usage) section within the navigation menu.
  4. The AI Adoption Index card is featured prominently at the head of this view.

Core Dashboard Components

Primary Index Display

Your current AI Adoption Index is displayed as a percentage. This value reflects the integration density and consistency of AI interactions within your organization's daily engineering operations.

A multi-layered chart illustrates the daily progression of your Adoption Index. The visualization is categorized into three critical dimensions:

  • Blue (Interaction Frequency): How regularly developers engage with AI agents.
  • Green (Operational Depth): The degree to which AI is embedded in core development tasks.
  • Orange (Organizational Breadth): The extent of AI adoption across the entire workforce.

Dynamic Interval Filtering

Modify the analytical window based on your requirements:

  • Previous 7 Days: For rapid feedback on recent initiatives.
  • Previous 30 Days: For identifying monthly trends.
  • Rolling Year: For evaluating long-term strategic progress.
  • Cumulative History: A complete view of adoption since initialization.

Personal vs. Corporate Analytics

The "Personal Footprint" selector allows you to toggle data views:

  • Active: Analyzes your own interaction patterns.
  • Inactive: Aggregates data for the entire organization (Administrative privileges required).

Performance Trend Indicators

Four specialized cards monitor week-over-week fluctuations:

  • Aggregate Index: Overall momentum of AI adoption.
  • Engagement Consistency: Changes in interaction frequency.
  • Integration Maturity: Shifts in operational depth.
  • Deployment Breadth: Tracking organization-wide expansion.

Each indicator displays the percentage of change with directional markers for rapid assessment.
