Sypha Audit Logs provide a comprehensive, immutable record of significant actions within your organisational account. This includes authentication events, modifications to AI model access, changes in governance policies, and role reassignments.
Owners and Administrators can leverage these logs to monitor interaction patterns and ensure strict adherence to internal compliance standards.
Accessing the Audit Trail
Access to the full audit history is restricted to Owners.
Navigate to Enterprise Hub → Audit Logs to explore the searchable event history. Utilise granular filters to isolate specific actions, users, or timeframes.

Targeted Filtering Options

Event Data Structure
Each logged interaction contains the following metadata:

Tracked Organizational Events
Sypha comprehensively logs the following categories:
- Organizational Lifecycle: Account creation, policy modifications, and funding transactions.
- Personnel Management: Member removal and privilege reclassification.
- Authentication Lifecycle: Login/logout events and invitation management.
- Operational Personas: All CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) actions for Custom Modes.
- Security Governance: All SSO operations, including domain mapping and auto-provisioning.
