Billing Structures & Sypha Credits
Understand the transparent billing model for Sypha seats and pay-as-you-go AI credits.
Billing Structures & Sypha Credits
Sypha utilizes a clear, two-tiered billing framework: a fixed monthly subscription for each user seat, paired with flexible, non-markup Sypha credits for AI model usage.
[!NOTE] Seat subscriptions for Teams or Enterprise tiers are billed independently from Sypha credits. No initial model credits are included with the purchase of a Teams or Enterprise seat.
Organizational Credit Management
Administrative owners can acquire Sypha credits directly via the Management Console.
Credits purchased at the organizational level are shared among all members. Any team member can draw from this collective balance when using the Sypha model provider.
The process for utilizing organizational credits is identical to personal credit usage, with the only difference being the source of the funds.

- Access the Organization Section in your management dashboard.
- Select "Augment Credits".
- Choose a Funding Amount (standard increments include $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000+).
- Finalize Payment through your established billing profile.
- Immediate Availability: Credits are instantly added to your shared pool.
