10-Minute Launch Guide

Deploying Sypha at the Teams or Enterprise level introduces a new paradigm of transparent AI-assisted development. Benefit from direct pricing models, zero vendor restrictions, and comprehensive operational visibility across your entire department.

Before You Begin

  • An active company email (Google Workspaces) or a GitHub organization account.
  • A preliminary headcount of initial users for capacity planning.
  • A primary funding source (credit card) for account initialization.
  • Requisite IDEs (VS Code or JetBrains) installed for all participating engineers.

Rapid Configuration Steps

1. Initialize Your Organization

  1. Navigate to app.sypha.ai.
  2. Register using your corporate Google or GitHub credentials.
    • Pro-tip: We suggest initializing with your GitHub identity; you can adjust authentication methods later if necessary.
  3. Access the Organizations section in the primary navigation and select Initialize New Organization.

2. Tier Selection & Subscription

  1. Define your organization's display name.
  2. Designate your starting seat capacity and select your preferred tier (Teams vs. Enterprise).
  3. Finalize the subscription via the secure checkout portal.

3. Onboard Your Developers

  1. Return to your Organization Portal.
  2. Select Invite New Member.
  3. Input the professional email addresses of your team.
  4. Assign the appropriate administrative privileges:
    • Owner: Unrestricted administrative and fiscal authority.
    • Administrator: Roster management capabilities (excludes billing).
    • Collaborator: Standard operational access and feature usage.

4. Extension Deployment

Your developers will receive an automated invitation with these instructions:

  1. Confirm and accept the organizational invite.
  2. Deploy the Sypha extension via the VS Code Marketplace.
  3. Authenticate using the invited corporate email address.
  4. Begin leveraging AI-integrated development workflows.
